With the promotion of the reform in bank system, the importance in the management and administration of the bank of strict precaution of financial risks is outstanding day by day. How to take precautions against financial risks , especially the credit risk formed in medium and long term credit, it is an important subject in front of cadres of bank at all levels. Because the time limit of the loan is long in the medium and long term credit, there are many uncertain factors, very risky, lacking the effective risk analysis means all the time in the past, had assessed existing unstayed, the question that the project is on that support blindly, has formed a lot of non-performing assets. In order to take precautions against the risk of credit effectivly , improve the decision level of medium and long term credit, reduce losses of the loan, avoid the influence of too much human factor in actual operation at the same time , it is an extremely urgent problem to adopt Electronic Data Processing treatment. This text nowadays combine the database software and the programming language prevails to this kind of question, propose one set and assess treatment method , and carry on research and design on this basis.
