Study On The Planning And Construction Of Modern New Peasant's Village

The construction of Chinese new countries has risen quietly, which put forward the policy of "three concentrations" that is the advanced route of "industry enters into park, agriculture enters into base, farmers enter into new country", and come into being the state of "urban-rural's development integration, country's development urbanization, agriculture's production industrialization, peasant life's civilization". We should persist in the notion of scientific development, promote the general harmonious and continuable development of urban-rural, economical society, human and nature, and construct the harmonious society, so as to realize the urban-rural integration finally. Moreover we should advocate extremely to construct farmers' houses by means of intensivition, extend the new countries of peasants and the flats of peasants, improve the living condition and entironment, and pass a layout of village which is legal, logical and carry out the principle of continuable development.
