Staff training is an important investment of human resources investment, as well as a kindof effective mode of employee incentive. Moreover, employee training had become theimportant channel to improve its competitiveness, the effective methods of improveorganizational performance level, and the solid safeguard of the long-term development.The thesis aims to research the current situation of employee training in HD, on the basis ofthe staff training, to analysis the current situtation of employee training and main existingproblems of the staff training work, and then propose the relevent causes. Finally, make thescheme to construct a scientific and thorough system of staff training, so that it can carry out thestaff training management smoothly. Finally, it expounds how to structure scientific andthorough traning system in HD from training plan, effect analysis, evaluation,etc..This thesis mainly adopted many kinds of research method,such as literature surveymethod, questionnaire survey method, sampling method, interview method, statistical methodand so on. Through the various research methods of comprehensive utilization, to objectivediscovery and analysis of the existing problems of HD company thoroughly, to explore researchof the related issues, provides a powerful guarantee for improve the efficiency of the trainingwork. Help to establish a sound and scientific training system for HD company.
