With the rapid development of the construction industry in China,Technology innovation more and more get the attention of construction enterprise,Construction companies limited own resources,Difficult to meet the technological innovation demand for resources,Access to external resources has become a must,Therefore,it is very important to study on the structure of the architectural technology innovation network. It can not only meet the needs of the market for technology innovation, but also to cross-industry cooperation between enterprises, construction enterprises to absorb external innovation resources, and promote innovation ability also plays an important role.In this paper, through the network to collect about "solar building integration" the technology cooperation projects, with cooperation in the project construction enterprise as the research object, and statistic the cooperation plan about this project and more than 3000, involving 1081, using social network analysis(SNA) and the Ucinet software, network density around the whole network, center, several data measured cohesion index, etc. Further study of the structure characteristics of the technology innovation network and the general law of evolution of network. This thesis reached the following conclusion:(1) from the point of view of the structure of our country’s entire "solar building integration" innovation project cooperation network belongs to the "core- edge" structure, the average distance between each point is 3.351, the average for each enterprise after three nodes can contact with another company to produce. Core region by government agencies and financial institutions, colleges and universities and scientific research units, enterprises. This form of cooperation to promote the demand for the innovation ability, is the whole construction industry innovation and development of the powerful guarantee. Network, based on "distance" of cohesion index is 0.014, the density is 0.0017, the relationship between the inside of the network is not closely coherence.(2) from the perspective of building enterprise cooperation area, the construction enterprises in our country provinces and cities cooperation network cohesion index is 0.488, is cohesion. Standard deviation is 0.3798, the developed regions and underdeveloped regions right position distribution imbalance. Density of 0.1748 and the provincial city cooperation, and its network density is small, and appear the phenomenon of forest, the network structure is relatively scattered. Second, the developed regions and underdeveloped regions unbalanced power distribution rights status, developed region has a higher degree.(3) for "solar building integration" of the technology innovation network, our country has completed the stage from period to coordinate to standardize the last to the development of general evolution process. From the perspective of trust, the "solar building integration" of knowledge transfer between the main body of technological innovation network model from the beginning of spontaneous mode to the competition to cooperation mode to the final of altruism.The result, The results for other industries in our country to construct technological innovation network, innovation network how to rapid development, and how the most effective use of technology innovation network from the external resources has a certain guiding significance.
