Supply chain management is in the development period, and no better supply chain management theories, or supply chain management technique is in the dynamic variety .The competition environment of the future business enterprise is the supply chain competition environment all the world, and with the importance of supply chain management being realized, performance evaluation theories as a part of them also starts increasing. Acquiring ideal operate results is a basic purpose that enterprise proceed the supply chain management. The supermarket in catena which is a kind of newly arisen retail trade mode, in the last years develops fast. However, so far, there is few evaluation index sign system and evaluation method of supply chain to aim at that supermarket in catena which is in the core position in supply chain competition environment.
