| In the condition of market economy, it seems that the appearance and development of the hidden trouble of enterprise strategy are inevitable due to the change of management environment, the conflicts of the inner management and the potential crisis of various development strategies. So how to construct the enterprise strategy forewarned response system to help the enterprise to take effective measures before the breakout of the strategy crisis so that the enterprise can achieve the long-term development has been a realistic problem.In the first part of the thesis, the writer first study the relevant theories of enterprise strategy forewarned respond system to find out methods that can serve as reference to constructing this system. In part two, the mechanism and inducement of enterprise strategy crisis are analyzed to find out the inducement leading to the strategy crisis, and then the related indexes are chosen to be described. Based on the above study and the strategic performance evaluation theory of the Balanced Scorecard, the index evaluation system of enterprise strategy forewarned respond system is constructed. To obtain both the individual and global forewarned indexes, the qualitative and quantitative approaches are employed. In order to overcome the weakness of a single method, the subjective and objective evaluation are used to determined the index weighting so as to make it more scientific and reasonable. After constructing the enterprise strategy index evaluation system, the importance of the strategy forewarned management, including what information is to be collected, processed, managed, analyzed and judged, and what indexes are to be monitored and warned, is defined. On the above basis, the enterprise strategy forewarned respond system is constructed.
