JA Company And The Project Management Model Reform

On the basis of project management model knowledge, this thesis has studied the existing problems concerning the project management of JA Company and has pointed out their causes with an analysis of its realistic situations. For some of these problems, the author has made a few useful proposals and suggestions beneficial to the development of JA Company, putting forward a general idea and some chief contents for the reform. It has also pointed out some methods and measures for the further project management reform of JA Company.JA Company is subordinate to a service-centered building enterprise under the jurisdiction of a university logistics department. Owing to its short history, the company is not reasonably structured and its staff s quality is not equally balanced, and thus has the following project management problems:a.
