Along with what talented person compete gradually vehemently, the development and usage of the current human resource in business enterprise in enlargement, having become the path of solving talented person missing and challenging talented person competing of current business enterprise. There are three ways of taping the human resource of business enterprise, as follows: training, educating and taping. See it from another angle, business enterprise's future competition potential is the result of the degree that a business enterprise train and cultivate it's employees. That the taping the human resource of business enterprise timely, continuously and schemingly is effective path of making the business enterprise vigorous. Therefore, the human resource management is one of the most advanced research fields in management science , and also is the one of the focus that government and business enterprise pay attention to in this century.This paper studied the mode of business enterprise human resource training from human resource exploiture and management angle, pointed out the blemish of the current training mode by the training analyzing of DaQing Petroleum Administrative Bureau(DPAB). Discussing the defect of current mode ,learning the advanced experience of developed Country , concerning the current condition of China, this paper has explore the new mode of DPAB's training and management , from the angle that the important training-function to the business enterprise and the effect of training-mode to business enterprise.The core of the new mode is to find out the training need exactly, establish the fitting method, value of the item of training, and program the occupation career. Simultaneously, analyze necessity and feasibility of establishing new mode ,and the possible resistance in the process .this paper provide the proof for DPAB to make the human resource development further, raise the labor rate of production.Though this paper researches the concrete condition of DPAB, in the aspects of human resource training, many business enterprises have a lot of commons. Therefore, this text is also adaptive to other business enterprise in the aspects of human resource training, and provides referable experience, having consult–value and actual meaning.
