Employees training in enterprises makes up the main part in human resources development and management. It involves a lot of activities aiming at improving the employees'knowledge,skills and attitudes that are fit for fulfilling jobs and assignments. In a sense, training employees proves to be an effective way to make human resources more valuable, meanwhile, it's an essential guarantee for enterprises to strengthen their profit and competence in domestic and abroad markets.This essay first emphasizes on the following aspects about training, that is, senses,values,principles and contents, then analyzes the misconceptions and developing trends of employees training. With the study about successful experiences and methods adopted in advanced companies at home and abroad, it points out that only by enforcing effective training programs , can an enterprise make itself stronger and qualify its faculties to better fulfill their responsibilities and help them realize their dreams.In addition, this essay focuses on discussing several training methods that are widely applied, then it comes to a truth: we have to do much research and practice for characteristic and effective training ways in order to get practical effects that we pursue.Speaking of the training practice in TPCC, it has been developing and performing a special training mode called consultation training, which holds the concept of digging out problem sources. The whole training process is oriented to the improvement of enterprise productivity and faculties'weak abilities. According to the job responsibilities model, which is set up as a criterion, appropriate programs are developed and executed afterward.Consultation training mode is successfully applied for the senior management personnel, which fully shows the special characters of this method and its importance and practical value in TPCC for talents training and planning. As to the main influential factors on training quality, they are just simply discussed.At the same time, some effective supervisory methods are suggested.At the end of this essay, the writer explains the insufficiencies for the consultation training method and promotes the improving direction.
