Discussion On The Training System For YGLB Company

Under the environment of the implementation of the law on port, for those enterprises engaging in the port industry, only do they constantly promote the core competitive capabilities of their own, could they adapt themselves to the requirement of the fierce market competitiveness. The key to promote the enterprises' competitive capabilities is to improve the employees' comprehensive quality by means of training, because only through training and learning can we advance with time and avoid lagging behind, thus to improve the employees' overall quality and promote the competitive capabilities of enterprises.By researching the training theories and comparing the training practices in Japanese enterprises with that in American enterprises, this paper aims to draw the experience and essence. On the basis of deeply analyzing the current situation of YGLB Company, the paper puts forward a training system for YGLB Company on how to construct the models of both employees' self-trained and company training. In the model of employees'self-trained, the studying platform of knowledge management is set up, the system of knowledge management is constructed, the exchange and sharing of knowledge is enhanced, and the abilities of employees' self-trained is improved. In the model of company training, the systems of training management, training and training effect evaluation, as well as the transformation of training, are constructed.
