The Studying Of Urban Land Intensively Use In Wuhan Based On Economic Optimality Theory

At present our country is entering urbanization stage of accelerated development, and so the urban land is needed by every activity. Furthermore, the increasing urban population and the accelerated city development put forward to more and more requirements for urban land resources, and supply and sustainable use. Therefore, based on the basic situation of our country, we must take the way of urban land intensively use.Urban land resources, with obvious assets characteristic, is an economic resources, we should research the optimality use of urban land from the angle of economics. The essential of urban land intensively use in economics is the relationship of input and output, that is inputting little but getting more output or getting the most comprehensive benefit(including economic, social and ecological benefit).Researchers at home and aboard have done some work about urban land intensively use. The rule of land reward degression is one of the most important theory on researching land intensively use. And we could get the following from the above rule, one is that if not passing the highest input point, by increasing labor, capital and other factors, the output will be increase gradually; and the second one is that if passing that point and at the same time the level of the science and technology is stable, the output will be decrease gradually. The last one is that the concept of urban land intensively use is a dynamic concept, that is to say, the connotation of urban land intensively use is changing with the development of technology and science.Domestic researchers have done some further research. On the aspect of qualitative analysis, they think that the connotation of urban land intensively use is that improveing the efficiency of urban land and comrehensive benefit by input gradually. On the aspect of quantitative analysis, they think that the appraising of urban land intensively use has three hiberarchy, macro-appraising, medium-appraising and micro-appraising.The development of Wuhan has been slower than the developed city in recent twenty years. The central government brings forward to the strategy of "middle regions growing up ".In this situation, that how to manage urban land use in Wuhan is very important, and the studying of urban land intensively use has important significance as well.The main content of this paper has three parts. The first part is about the theory analysis and the second one is the qualitative analysis. In the second part, I analysis the related concepts, the existing problems and the measures. And the third part is quantitative analysis about the macro-appraising of urban land intensively use in Wuhan.The paper consists seven chapters.The first chapter discusses the research background, the research significance, the current situation both at home and abroad and the potenital creativity of this paper.
