Human resource management had enhance to high level under fierce competitive environment and human resource had been attention more and more. The compensation system as an important component of the motivation system is one of core of human resource management, it is best important part of human resource management. The compensation system which involves the benefits of employees personal, always has more directly and more deeply effects. Influenced by many kinds of complications, the compensation system of CCV Co. Ltd. has become "minefield" during the company's rapid developing process. So how to build up a set of compensation system which is"equitable to inside and competitive to outside" has become an urgent matter of the moment. To achieve the above goal, this paper introduces and anatomizes the conditions of its current compensation system to find out the existing problems within it. On this base, under organize behavior theories and the guiding of the modern compensation related theories, this paper redesigns the CCV Co. Ltd. 's compensation system according to the company's accurate circumstances, puts forward a set of appropriate compensation system that matches the actual factors of the CCV Co. Ltd., for the sake of resolving the compensation management problems which have been perplexing the executive managers of the company over a long period of time. Furthermore, though the analysis of this compensation case and the re-designing of the new compensation system, this paper may provide certain references for enterprises which have the similar situations.This paper consists of six parts. The first part is instruction .The second part summarizes compensation system. The third part introduces and anatomizes the situation of the current compensation system of the CCV Co. Ltd.. The fourth part introduces the process of re-designing the compensation system .The five part re-designs the whole compensation system. At the end of this paper, put forwardssome measures to make sure the new scheme could be carry out.
