Spatial Statistical Analysis Assisted Study On Economic Development Zones' Investment Climate And Benefit

This thesis studies mainly in spatial statistics,it analyzes the climate and the benefit of investment in Chinese economic development zones.Firstly,the definition of economic development zones is explained,the thesis presents their functions and meanings.The factors of the investment conditions and benefit are discussed, they are analyzed by the methods of game theory. With the model of Nash's bargaining, it analyzes the relationship between the investor and the invested ones,and finds out the Pareto Optimality. By analyzing the domestic and foreign research situation ,it classifies some main evaluation methods and statistical indicators.Judged their merits and faults,the paper lays out the theory constructions about the investment conditions and benefit,and sets up a statistical indicators system.Moreover,the paper introduces GIS and spatial statistics respectively,and discusses the concentration of industry.In addition,the spatial concentration situation is studied by spatial statisticsThen,the investment climate and benefit are analyzed in two methods -principal components analysis and cluster analysis Finally,some suggestions are presented and the studying in the future is predicted.The paper studies the spatial concentration about the economic development zones in both JIangsu ang Jiangxi,.It compares their spatial concentration of investment,the study shows that there has positive self-relative in Jiangsu ,which means Jiangsu is one of the best areas to invest,but it isn't same in Jiangxi.Because its economical situation is not good,there hasn't good spatial concentration situation.Then with the comparison of different years' data in Jiangxi,we find that the situation is getting better and better.In the analysis of Jiangxi's economic development zones, the principal components analysis and the cluster analysis are used to study its developing situation in Jiangxis.
