In the knowledge economic age, the importance of human resource in marketing competition has grown day by day. However, in the practice of human resource development and utilization, there still have many problems and conflicts which desiderate to be resolved. For example, there are the phenomena of "high consumption of talented persons" and aging of HR in enterprise, the imbalances in HR markets, and the out of joint between the employ system and education system. All these phenomena remind us that, the human resources are not inexhaustible; they also need to be protected and have an effective use.Since long term, people take more concern on the sustainable development of zoology and environment than HRSD. This paper attempt to construct the HRSD theory structure on the base of several subjects and preceding research, explore the route of HRSD, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on Chinese HRSD.The main innovation in this paper is that, it joints the two concepts: human resource & sustainable development, consummating the sustainable development system, and considering HR traits and developing pattern from a fire-new angle of view. At last, we educe the HRSD system. At the same time, because of the limit of timing and ability, there still have many shortages in this paper. First, it is mainly from the angle of HRD, and less refers to other aspects of HRM. Second, this paper mainly analyzes HRSD exteriorly, but be lack of study for inherence demands of individuals and organizations.We discuss the theory of HRSD as follows:Firstly, we fetch the basic concepts, from resource to human resource, till HRSD. We put forward the concept based on three theories: Human Capital, Human Resource and Sustainable Development. It is described as that, Human resource sustainable development (HRSD) is a series of human resource development activities and courses, which keep the superiority factors in each diathesis of human resource to be able to inherit and the inferiority factor can improve unceasingly. Therefore it could meet the needs of social development and humanity progress. It is thought that HRSD should contain at least three parts of contents: the protection of HR, the development of HR and the utilization of HR. Hereinto, the core of HRSD is the sustainable development of HR quality. |
