Study On The Developing Strategy Of Private Science & Technology Enterprises In Their Growth Stage

The private science & technology enterprises, which born in 1980s, have be an important power that develops our high-technology industry. They do great contribution for pushing our technology advance, the economy and society development. The private science & technology enterprises which are in the growth stage develop at very fast speed, at the same time they need establish the companies'strategy programming to defining the developing direction and target.The thesis focuses on the developing strategy study of the private science & technology enterprises which are in the growth stag. Firstly, the thesis defines the private science & technology enterprises'conception, and discusses their characters and growing up models. Then the article tallies up the main factors that restrict their development. These results are the basis of our study. The article's principle part is the developing strategy's establishment. We expatiate this from four aspects, including the related problems that establish their growth stage developing strategy, the process to establishing the strategy, the establishment of function strategy and the environment developments. This text regards the YG Company as the case to analyzing. First the article describes the YG Company's strategy establishment process detailed, and then expatiates its achievement of strategy target and of function strategy in first half year of 2006. Finally we discuss the establishment and practice of the YG Company's developing strategy, in order to proving the related viewpoints that this text put forward.
