Research On The Development Strategy Of Guangdong Private Science And Technology Enterprises Of Agriculture

The private economy has contributed more and more to the GDP of our country,especially played a role in the era of revitalizing the real economy.Since private enterprises have appeared for the first time,it has been showing a positive rising trend and greatly promoted the reform of the agricultural industry.As a fast-growing new type of agricultural enterprise,it has different advantages than the general agricultural enterprises.In Guangdong Province,the industry has been nurturing agriculture,and the private science and technology enterprises in agriculture have been developing continuously.To enable enterprises to play the role of scientific and technological innovation,and promote the sustainable development of agricultural industry,First of all,we should study how the private science and technology enterprises in agriculture improve the formulation and implementation of their development strategies under the new economic development environment.Secondly,these enterprises should take scientific and technological innovation as the core of the enterprise development.In this paper,the author take the private science and technology enterprises in Guangdong province as the research object,and take Guangdong Sheng Yin flower gardening Co.,Ltd.as an example.The first part of this article expounds the background and significance of studying Guangdong's private science and technology enterprises in agriculture,analyzing the development environment and current situation of this kind of enterprises.By introducing one of the representatives of private technology enterprises in Dongguan,Guangdong Sheng Yin flower gardening Co.,Ltd.Therefore,research and analysis of its development strategy will be used to provide reference for the development strategy of Guangdong's private science and technology enterprises.In the second part,using the PEST model,the author briefly outlined the basicdevelopment of the agricultural industry in Guangdong province and the basic development of agriculture in Dongguan city.Apply the PEST model,value chain analysis method and strategic theory to discuss the development strategy of Sheng Yin Company at each stage,and draw the strategic model of Sheng Yin Company.Such as: circular economy of industrial chain strategy,technological innovation with independent strategy,brand communication strategy,alliance strategy,etc.Summarizes the problems existing in the development process of Guangdong's private science and technology enterprises in agriculture and Sheng Yin company.The problems are mainly concentrated on the lack of government support,the agricultural industry itself is greatly influenced by the natural climate environment and the crop production,the narrow financing channels,the business model of the family model,the small scale of the enterprise and the shortage of scientific and technological personnel.Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the development strategy of the science and technology enterprises in agriculture,including increasing the government's support to them,using Internet thinking to improve the company's management,improving the company's scientific and technological innovation capabilities,and strengthening their brand building.Finally,this article aims to provide some references for the development of the science and technology enterprises in agriculture,and provide guidance and help for the rural revitalization and the solution of the "three rural issues".And hope Sheng Yin Company can make Dongguan city become the first characteristic flower town in Guangdong province through its own efforts.
