Dynamic Alliance Project Integration Risk Management Research

Risk management is one of the important contents of the project management. As a new-type organization pattern,dynamic alliance ,gets relatively rapid development in the world in recent years. Dynamic alliance project whose environment change and develop constantly is characteristic of the non-property right relations attribute, the agility, the contract, the function hypothesized characteristics and so on.Management environment of dynamic alliance project is more complex than non-dynamic alliance.So risk management is a key problem in dynamic alliance project.Successful risk management is the assurance that goal of dynamic alliance project is realized.This article analyzes the risk of the dynamic alliance project from setting up, operating to dismissing and so on each stage and thoughts the dynamic alliance project risk management necessary. In order to seek the risk management pattern that suits the dynamic alliance project, this article compares the fit and unfit of the tradition risk management theory and the integration risk management theory to the dynamic alliance project, believes the integration risk management theory suits to the dynamic alliance project.On the basis of it, this article established the dynamic alliance project integration risk management system: In the risk recognition stage, this article determines the project dynamic alliance main risk factor on macroscopic, the factor includes the dynamic alliance gradual risk, the dynamic alliance member's transmission risk and the dynamic alliance entire journey risk and so on three aspects.In the risk assessment stage, this article evaluates the conflict which is the basic reason of alliance body interior risk with the fuzzy synthesis appraisal , thus introduces the fuzzy synthesis appraisal theory to the dynamic alliance project risk assessment. In the risk processing stage, this article introduces the dynamic alliance project risk management measure and the guard measure . Finally ,this article uses the value law for the risk achievements appraisal.The dynamic alliance project integration risk management system is constructed for the purpose of standardization each activity alliance body project management, development of alliance steadyand the health condition , avoiding or the reduction the loss as a result of the alliance body defeat which various aspects brings.
