A Study On Project Management Of New Product Development Projects Based On Dynamic Alliance

Every company needs to do new product development to maintain developing and participate in the competition. Since 1990's, with the advancement of technology and the development of the economic, the whole globe information network and market is formed, and the technology transform is speeding. So did the competition in new product. And more and more company wake up to known that it is difficult and even impossible to develop new product just by themselves's efforts, since the fast changed market. So some companies combined to do the developing together. We call that the new product development based on dynamic alliance.The new product development is a special kind of projects, so we usually use the project management to do that. Therefore, because of the character of the dynamic alliance, which is dynamic and dummy, the traditional project management ways to the new product management is not fit for the new product development based on dynamic alliance. Thus, it provided a new field for the project management. In this thesis we expatiate of the essential of the study on project management of new product development projects based on dynamic alliance, analysis the character of the new product development project, and discuss the management pattern of the new product development project based on dynamic alliance.The thesis is of 6 chapters. The first chapter is the summary, which introduced the background and essential of this study. The second chapter is the basic concept, which introduced the basic knowledge of the new product development projects based on dynamic alliance. The third chapter is the new product development projects based on dynamic alliance, which analysis the character of the new product development projects based on dynamic alliance. The fourth chapter is the management pattern of the new product development projects based on dynamic alliance, which discussed the management ways the new product development projects based on dynamic alliance. The fifth chapter is the integrate management of the new product development projects based on dynamic alliance. The sixth chapter is a demonstration, which explaines the management ways by an example of the new product development projects based on dynamic alliance.
