The Research Of The Development Strategy And Its Implementation Of TEDA Construction Group In Its Transitional Period

After the reform and opening up, the real estate industry, an important sector of the national economy, has got a rapid development with the establishment of the socialist market economy system. Tianjin and the Binhai New Area has become the focus of the whole world since the development of Tianjin"s Binhai New Area has been promoted as a national strategy. Therefore the government strengthens the macro-control of the real estate market,which presents severe challenges to real estate corporations'ability to cope with changes, management patterns and sustainable ability. In this process, many excellent real estate corporations begun to enter Tianjin market, at the same time, local real estate corporations are differentiating and restructuring. The integration trend is appearing. Facing the opportunities and challenges, real estate corporations can only achieved sustainable development by actively coping with the market dynamic changes and establishing the core competency.Tianjin TEDA Construction Group is a large state-owned real estate corporation which is in strategic transition period now. This paper designs the group's whole strategic planning in the future and makes the corporation's strategic direction clear through the analysis of the internal and external environment.
