In the article, the development of agriculture of P.R. China is reviewed, the existed problems are analyzed. Then by the means of C-D production function and regressive analysis, the contribution of some factors in agriculture development are gotten. And TFP in agriculture development is analyzed by Solow's method in this article. Finally some advices are given based on all analysis above.
