Comprehensive Competence Evaluation Of Airlines Based On Scientific And Technological Innovation

Nowadays scientific and technological innovation is important root of rapid development of national economy. In the phase of Chinese economic transformation,how to keep the high-speed stability growth of our country's economy is very important. Based on scientific and technological innovation encourage our enterprises improve their comprehensive competence is urgently and necessarily.With the development of our civil aviation,the development of the aviation conveyance is highly depended on the fluctuation of scientific and technological. Airlines are main force of aviation conveyance and airlines are facing rigorous competition and challenges. So airlines must improve their comprehensive competence based on scientific and technological innovation. The article built an index system about comprehensive competence of airlines based on scientific and technological innovation in order to evaluate comprehensive competence of airlines. It provided the scientific reference basis for airlines in any competition to improve their competitive capability.This dissertation consists of four parts. The first part is chapter 1 which introduces background and researching on external and internal. Chapter 2 and chapter 3 are the second part,and this part is about scientific and technological actuality of civil aviation of China. The third part which includes the theory and method of evaluation and how to construct the system of evaluation is chapter 4 and chapter 5. Construction index system is the focus of this paper, essays innovations. The first of this part is the intention,principles and relevant methods,then specify the index system of thinking and get a hierarchical structure model, then knowledge creation , knowledge flow , scientific and technological innovation environment,scientific and technological innovation efficiency,social effects and economic performance indicators divided six sides. The last part is last two chapters,which is application analysis by the airchina and summarizes the research contents of the thesis.
