Shanghai, the leader city on C&E development of China, is struggling her way to a universal developed city on C&E under the competition environment both domestically and internationally. As the importance of Shanghai C&E development, it has held many influential international C&E events, with famous C&E facilities such as The Shanghai New International Expo Center and Shanghai International Convention Center. Since the apparent competitive advantages in C&E industry cluster and based on the factor that Pudong has got the embryo of C&E industry cluster, emphasis on developing Pudong C&E industry cluster does great contribution to the development of Pudong and Shanghai C&E industry.
