Research On Chief Financial Officer's System Of State-owned Enterprise

Further to the establishment of the modern enterprise administration theory and the strengthening of supervision and management of State-own assets, based on the studies of the CFO model, Deputy-Trust theory, State-own enterprise supervision and management theory, through comparison,examples, this paper is aiming to apply the characteristics of CFO model to the practice of the supervision and management of the State-own assets. The paper also looks back at the creation and development of the CFO model and try to close examine the current status of the implementation of CFO model in China and issues yet to be addressed, the goal is to make suggestions as to how to improve the localization of CFO in State-own enterprises. It is established internally, its primary goal is to protect the benefits of the owner(s) and to achieve the capital growth of State-own assets. The conclusion of this paper is to strengthen legalization and regulation of the market and its essential components, to create a proven effective, unique to China, CFO system of our own.
