Corporate culture is regarded to 'soft management', in contrast to 'hard management' of system. According to Hofsted and Quinn and Schein, who are famous to research on corporate culture in the West, It is important for the corporate culture to cultivate the core competition, and It's the dynastic fore of the enterprise also. Value, with which leader and staff comply together, corporate culture is the core of the corporate culture, has the common goal between the individual and organization. Thereby, it's beneficial to reach the strategic target of enterprise, and to enhance performance level. Much attention has been paid to by scholars and entrepreneur as a management way. The Fujian Inbev-Sedrin Beer Co.Ltd (hereafter referred to as the Inbev-Sedrin), is regarded as the research on the corporate culture, from actuality analysis to the design of content, and to lay out a practical scheme in the article.The dissertation tries to approach the issues mentioned above from four perspectives. As a starting point, Chapter one attempts to introduce the motivation and significance of the present study. In chapter two, Emphasis is laid on the progress made at home and abroad in the fields being studied. The current study bases itself on these research achievements as well as its bases and approaches. The article discovered the main problems and reasons of the rebuild of the corporate culture of Inbev-Sedrin by using investigation, discussion, expert consultation and material analysis and methods. Moreover, the article utilize the model of "7S", which Mackency has been using in consulting, viz., strategy, structure, staff, systems, style, skill and the shared value. On the view of corporate culture, the article points out the primary problem in the third chapter. In the last chapter. By using analysis on the primary problem of the Inbev-Sedrin corporate culture in details, it points out the necessity of the change of the corporate culture, and finds the way of the rebuild of the corporate culture. Furthermore, the article tries to offer the practical and effective methods of constructure of S Co. corporate culture.This research will promote the corporate culture construction of Inbev-Sedrin. Its conclusion also has significance to other enterprises who have faced the similar difficulties in this industry.
