| This paper attempts a comprehensive and systematic study of the new high technical industry in our country, and made the relevant strategy and suggestion. Following new high-tech development, how to advance new high-tech and implement new high-tech industry means a lot for countries. In this paper, based on philosophy, science and technology methodology, by comparison research method. Because of the characteristic of new high-tech, this paper roundly analyzed and researched the successful experiences and environment of policy supporting of the countries which new high-tech was developed such as America, European Union and Japan.There are 3 parts and 4 chapters in this paper. The first part is made up of chapter 1. It is mainly about theories. Mainly analyzed the characteristic and function of new high-tech, then point out the tendency of new high-tech. They are the basic point in the paper. The second part is composed the 2nd chapter. By research the successful experiences of America, European Union and Japan on the development of new high technical industry. The last part is made up of chapter 3 and chapter 4. Base on the characteristic of Chinese new high-tech, this part analyzed the current condition in developing new high technical industry, and point out that great success have be gained on the new high-tech in the past twenty years, but we must be realized that there still exist lots of problems which hinder the pace of new high-tech development, based on the problems, made some advices. I believe that great success will be made on the new high technical industry in China in the near future. |
