The Research In Sustainable Development Of State-owned Resources-oriented Enterprises

Our earth contain rich natural resources, it fascinates people to exploit treasure. By exploiting resources, the resources-oriented cities come into being. But natural resources should dry up. The resources-oriented cities'sustainable development is not some country but a world problem. One of the resources-oriented cities'marked characteristic is that cities'rise and decline is interrelated to natural resources'reserves which can be exploited, and it is interrelated to the resources-oriented enterprises'development closely. The resources-oriented enterprises'sustainable development is the core of the resources-oriented cities'sustainable development, and the latter offer guarantee to the former. There are few studies for the resources-oriented enterprises'development, the present paper will study for it. The purpose is searching the way for the resources-oriented enterprises'sustainable development, visual angle is the resources-oriented enterprises'development strategy, it is different to the paper which lay stress on the support of government. Because the core of the resources-oriented enterprises'sustainable development is the policy decision made by itself. The function of government is to offer suitable and outside environment, this is said that the support of government and society is only external cause, the internal cause is resources-oriented enterprises'development by itself. So studying resources-oriented enterprises'development strategies has important theory and practical significance.The present paper summarizes present research in Chinese. There is no consensus for the conception and implication of resources-oriented enterprises'sustainable development, and there are few prospect-forecast for state-owned resources-oriented enterprises'sustainable development. The present paper will study these problems.First, main body summarizes the sustainable development theory, and then proposes the sustainable development theory of state-owned resources-oriented enterprises. The state-owned resources-oriented enterprises possess many characteristics, for example, they need a lot of investing and long building period, life period is particular, involving extensive, industrial structure simply, radiate function is strong, steady circular is long, so the problem wasn't be found long ago, the state-owned resources-oriented enterprises being faced with dilemma step by step. There are crisis of resources and environment, lack of synthetical talent, a lot of property submerging cost, heavy burden of enterprises, rigid and fall system, lopsided industrial structure. State-owned resources-oriented enterprises have four sustainable development models, which are industry conversion, reorganize and remove. Then there introduct the sustainable development strategies of Longkou mining enterprise group.The present paper takes sustainable development theory for guiding idea, combining the theories of circular economy, industrial economy and enterprise strategy, researching strategies of Longkou mining enterprise group. The sustainable development strategies conclude that the reforming of system, developing many-faceted, manpower strategy, environment protection, fund recommending, and so on. On the base of case study, the present paper try to put forward some thoughts for the sustainable development of state-owned resources-oriented enterprises. For example, taking measures immediately; establishing prepared system for enterprise; rebuilding new competition superiority; opening up canals for fund recommending; research new way for a job once again; improving environment; strengthening the combination of industry, science and researching.The state-owned resources-oriented enterprises'sustainable development relate to many aspects which are economy, environment, resource, society, security. It is a complicated engineering. The standpoint is the enterprises'development, but every step is interrelated to the support by government and society. The present paper takes the first research for the sustainable development strategy of state-owned resources-oriented enterprises, but it wouldn't guide state-owned resources-oriented enterprises go successful, there are many problems need further research. People often say that:"The tree of life is green forever."The green tree needs spring watering. The tree of enterprise'life also needs spring watering. The spring is our confidence. I believe the state-owned resources-oriented enterprises'sustainable development will welcome new opportunities in the 21st century.
