The Investigation Of County's Economic Development Guide Line System In Jiangsu Province

As an elementary cell of national economy, county economy is in a critical condition of forming a connecting link, joining in urban and rural areas .Although the total strength of county economy of Jiangsu is strong, it has the feature of imbalance because of its history, resource and the difference of position. There are many questions placed upon us, such as how to upgrade the development level of the south, how to accelerate the growing up of the central area and how to exert the lag predominance of the north. Thus, evaluating the county' s economy development level synthetically is necessary, it is helpful to improve our realization to county' economy development situation in Jiangsu and layout the future development of Jiangsu, especially the north area. It also boost up the pressing feel of developing county' economy farther. The unbalanced development among south, central and north area of Jiangsu is a reduction of the difference among east, central area and west in China. Therefore, it has an all-important realistic meaning to do this reasonably. Based on this cognition, this thesis take science and development viewpoint as instruction and use county' integrated economy development level as its research objects.Combined with the thorough analysis of county' s economic development in Jiangsu, this thesis chose the representative 22 basal guide line from three aspects, which reflect the county' s economic development level, energy and potential. It also explained the connotation of the guide line, established the estimate system for county' s integrated economic strength. In demonstration analysis, the author used the illegibility subjection function method to make the data from '2005 Jiangsu Statistic almanac' dimensionless, then using gene analytical method to confirm the importance, using integrated strength index calculative mode to calculate the integrated strength index of each county. Via analyzing the compositor consequence, elicit the conclusion and find out the reason that influenced the imbalance in the three county block' economic development. At last, suggestions and countermeasures are given aimed at these three economic blocks in county of Jiangsu.
