The Comprehensive Analysis And Anticipation On The Development Of Economic-society In Aletai Aera

This paper focused on Economic-social development and anticipation of Aletai region to grasp the Economic- social development status and future prospects. This will help us to understand more clearly about development in predominance and inferior position of Aletai, providing Altai useful information for establishing Economic- social policies or project. Meanwhile it has great practical and theoretical significance for the development of the western regions and the establishment of the western district resources.The paper based on the industry economics, regional economics and urban development theory, taking the combined method of quantitative and qualitative analysis. In the process of quantitative analysis, mainly adopting Principal Components Analysis (PCA), trend projection model and the relevant industrial model In calculating means mostly rely on SPSS14.0 statistical analysis software and the application of Excel2003 software. As the existence of qualitative calculation error and statistical error, we have to use the qualitative analysis to examine the scientific nature and effectiveness of the work, making sure to reduce the error of qualitative calculation.Through the comprehensive evaluation and anticipation study on Economic- social development of Aletai region , it leads to several conclusions: First, compared to the average level of China and Xingjian , founding the level of Aletai's Economic- social development was lower through the process of comprehensive assessment on Economic- social development in the region of Aletai; Second, in the process of reasons analysis about Aletai's economic and social development, it shows the low standard living ,weak science and technology ,and irrational industrial structure; Finally, in the process of economic and social anticipation analysis Based on historical data found a high speed development in economic and social development as a whole, but there is a greater distinction in economic and social development of Aletai's counties and cities.
