The 21st century, the high technology enterprise presents the tendency of the high speed development as the main carrier of the knowledge economy. As far as this kind of knowledge enterprise, which is most important is not the equipment, the workshop, but the talented person and wisdom and the intellectual property rights which adheres to talented persons. The talented person is the most important wealth of the high technology enterprise, specially core talented person is , because the core talented person has the core ability and can bring the core value to the enterprise, so whether captures and effectively drives the core talented person to create the remarkable achievements becomes the key which the high technology enterprise successes. However as a result of high technology industry own characteristic, the structure of talent difference as well as the environment complexity, the drive effect is not ideal. For instance some high technology enterprises provide the very high salary for the technical talented person , but not be able to detain the talented person actually, which makes the enterprise the superintendent very puzzled. How to effectively drive high technology enterprise's core talented people is a topic which has theoretic and practical significance.On the base of massively reading the related works and articles about the knowledge enterprise staff management and the talented person motivation , and in the reference massive domestic and foreign literature foundation, this article has conducted in the theoretically research and the practice design from following several aspects to the core talented person's motivation mechanism in the high technology enterprise:1. First introduced current understanding regarding core talented person word of domestic and foreign scholars and the enterprise superintendents, carried on the limits in this foundation to the core talented person's implication, and analyzed how to theoretically divided the core talented person to the enterprise, then discussed the vital significance of motivation research to the core talented person of the high technology enterprise2. Discussed the question and the reason existed in the core talented person motivation of the current high technology enterprise , pointed out the main reason which the core technology talented person drained unceasingly lies in the design of the motivation mechanism which lacks the effective demand analysis, the materiality means of incentive and the core talented person high level demand seriously came apart.3. Take the domestic and foreign correlations motivation theories as the guidance, carried on the brief analysis to the core talented person's multi-dimensional demand structure, and proposed a motivation model based on the contribution and interest sharing theory, emphasized the non- economic motivation necessity regarding the realization core talented person high level demand, thus laid the foundation for consummation the motivation mechanism of the core talented person in high technology enterprise.4. With several kinds of influencing core talented person' s motivation factor and the innovation of contribution and interest sharing motivation mentality, further explored the best motivation combination theoretical model using the effect analysis method.5. Finally, on the basis of discussing separately of demand feature of the high technology and new technology enterprise' s three kind of cores talented person, which namely the management, the specialized technical personnel and the marketing talent , this article proposed motivation mechanism perfect plan of the management, the specialized technical personnel and the marketing talent. And Draw a conclusion that the motivation of the high technology enterprise' s core talented person' s motivation should take the economic motivation as the foundation, and develop prominent non- economic drive of clear level according to the core talented person's demand characteristic presently.6. This article main research technique as determines the nature of unifies with the quantitative analysis, the theoretical model constructs the union case real diagnosis analysis.
