Study On And Application Of The Project Concerning Human Resource Management Information System

"To build an internationalized training center"was put forward as a goal when the Advanced Training Center (ATC) was founded, and the first step on the way to that destination was to apply the updated information technology. To help achieve the Center's strategic goal, and manage the human resources in a scientific, systematic and effective way, the author of this essay makes an analysis on the HR management in ATC. The author mainly does the following work in this essay: introduces the background for launching the information systemization project for the HR management, the current situation of the HR management information system at home and abroad, and the value of this research; on the above basis, introduces the technical structure of the HR management information system, which offers a technical support for the project; then analyses the theoretical structure for managing the project of the HR management information system, including the fundamental concepts, features, implementation plans, risks, safeguard measures and related problems concerning the management of the project. With lessons and experiences accumulated in work and practice, the author also stresses the value of the project to be launched in ATC, and depicts the project goals, contents, and overall structure. Then, the author makes a detailed analysis of the functions, structure and implementation contents of the various parts contained in the ATC HR management information system. Finally, the author makes a summary of the prospective benefits and other related interests when the project has been implemented.
