The tourism of every province develops unbalancedly along the line, scale of investment low, infrastructure and service facility improve, travel image distinct and so on, they all restrict development of Silk Road .Shaanxi Province is as the origin area of Silk Road, there are a large amount of site traces of reflection Silk Road history and culture, including large-scale mausoleum, religious temple, ancient building, etc. In addition there are a lot of tourist resources of recessiveness, including underground type and non-material type. The type of the tourist resources is variety, quality of the tourist resources are higher and they distribut centralizedly. While Silk Road is applied for the legacy of the world and western regions of China is developing, how to utilize the unique resources advantages of Silk Road of Shaanxi Province, to carry on the tourism development of Silk Road of Shaanxi, to widen tourism market and to regenerate the brilliance of Silk Road in Han and Tang Dynasties.This paper has carried on analysis and research on this problem. The current situation of the development of Chinese section of Silk Road and regional study on tourism development of Silk Road along the line have been analyzed correctly at first. Hope to regard this as reference and reference of Silk Road tourism development of Shaanxi Province. Secondly survey, classify, grade and analyze Tourist resources of Silk Road. The applicating Level analysis approach has carried on the potentiality to be exploited of the tourist resources, finding out the influence factor with important function to the tourism development of Silk Road. Then it is carried on the analysis of SWOT and tourism market to the tourism development of Silk Road, making a reservation to tourism market of Silk Road travel and proposing the marketing tactics. On the foundation of analyzing the tourism development plan in Shaanxi Province, Silk Road travel development project is proposed. It includes tourism product design and project planning, travel route design and travel traffic, protection of tourist resources, tourist commodities, etc. then putting forward some concrete suggestions and measures.
