The Study Of Economic Incentive Policy For Building Energy Efficiency Of Beijing

With the development of Beijing's economy, its energy consumption is increasing dramatically. Thus, energy shortage is becoming a critical factor that influences future development of the city. Building energy consumption accounts for a large part of Beijing's whole energy consumption, and the decrease of building energy consumption can alleviate present state of energy shortage effectively. Meanwhile, implementing building energy efficiency also plays an important role in improving environment and promoting comfort of residential building.The thesis analyzes present situation of building energy efficiency work in Beijing, appraises present situation for drafting economic incentive policy, makes out proper economic incentives policies according to different type buildings,and does feasibility research for the policies. The aim of the thesis is to supply theoretical support for certain authorities to draft economic incentives for building energy in Beijing.
