The Research Of Logistics Decision Support System Oriented Global Manufacturing

Numerous analysts have realized if globalization were not taken into consideration then the manufacturing industry would not obtain competitive advantages. Due to the widespread use of the Internet, economic activities of the manufacturing industry proceed without the boundary cost, which force a radical reform of the economic system. It is an inevitable trend for the manufacturing industry to get involved in global competition. Many analysts have stated some features of globalization, such as product, market, organization and supply chain: the globalization of manufacturing industry increases the competition and enlarges the space for making and implementing strategies. This dissertation discusses reasons, conditions and features of the appearance of the globalized manufacturing industry. Additionally, it investigates impacts of globalization to logistics management and how to face the challenge of globalization in the manufacturing industry.This dissertation looks into decision-making theories of logistics management and points out that logistics decision-making process includes the designing of logistics service levels and logistics system. Moreover, it divides the logistics system into optimization of logistics network, transportation decisions and inventory decisions. It establishes a model for designing a logistical system and the model for controlling logistics system step-ups. It provides theoretical instruction to build a logistics alliance, and also establishes a base of logistics decision support system. It discusses the efficient distribution technology based on current logistics network. Breaking traditional logistics distribution is to maximize resource configuration. It analyzes current situation of logistics management in manufacturing industry and suggests the best model for development of global manufacturing, which is to manage logistics alliance coordinately. It also states an integrative three-dimensional model for cooperation management and an implementation framework for cooperation logistics management.This paper established Logistics Decision Support System with random retrieve, background excavation, imagines composing and early warming for top managers, and established storage management system for other managers based the analytics of work contents. Finally, this paper developed database and modelbase, analysed the feasibility of the LDSS, generally described conditions for system realization.
