In China, the manufacturing industry is consuming so huge resource, and the efficiency is somehow low, which restrict the persistent development of the economy and the society. This problem has attracted the attention of so many people. And the design phase is the most important in the whole lifecycle of the products. It's significant for reducing energy-consuming to consider how to economize the energy source, to identify and extract the key factors that affect the energy-consuming.Informed by the recent research, this article discusses the research on the method of the identifying and extraction of energy factors based on the lifecycle of products. First, the Energy Factor Utility Model map is established that can describe and express the energy-consuming of the mechantronic products, which separates the extracting process of the Energy Factor into three courses (identification, extraction and expression). Second, the "Energy Aspect" and "Energy Factor" are defined, and the product information is classified, which is the base of the Energy Aspect identification. Third, the identified Energy Aspect principles and methods are formulated. The Energy Aspect two-dimensional-identifying model is given based on the lifecycle of the products, and the Energy Factor Extraction model is established based on the artificial intelligence. Fourth, the product energy consumption in the each life cyclic phase is expounded and the corresponding quantized energy formulas are established. Then the Energy Factors in each step of the whole life cyclic are obtained. Finally, the article is certificate the method that has been discussed based on the case of drier.
