The information technology has been developing rapidly. The management environment of enterprise has violent change. The market competition is more and more fierce that requires enterprises or organizes to response to market more quickly and make decision more fast. So the virtual enterprise is born in order to be more flexible and more stronger adaptive .The virtual enterprise is the new-type management modes in the 21st century .There are a number of famous enterprises who is virtual enterprise in order to reduce the costs and the risk and rapidly response to the market. For example the virtual enterprise advocate is the president of shengtao drugmaker company in U.S.A..There are other famous companies such as NIKE, Gai Luo, Boeing, Dell.There are a lot of successful examples at home, for instance METERS BONWE.But there are some bad example,for instance Shanshan enterprise, Zhejiang Beien, cooperation between Glaxo and Wellcome, Richard Sanford, the general manager of KOCH.This paper analyzes the conflicts of Virtual enterprise and found their reason, and designs the procedure for conflict management of the virtual enterprise.
