With the high-speed development of our country's economy, the real estate has gradually become one of the fastest developing industries .In some areas it has even become the supporting industry. However, some problems still exist in this industry, such as the time of development of the real estate is rather short; the management rules and policies are not complete within the real estate entities; the level of enterprise management is fairly low, etc.I have been working in a family-owned real estate company for the past few years where I have experienced the ups and downs of this company as well as witnessed the management conflicts between the project company and project owner whose main aim is to manage its investment, which has inspired me a lot to doing the study in this field. This paper takes an operating project of the above-mentioned company as an example to analyze the conflicts occurred in the time management, teamwork management and procurement management between the project company and project owner. In accordance with the conflict theory, project management theory and etc, this paper mainly analyzes the causes of these conflicts behind and its inner depth reasons. Meanwhile, this paper, without changing the nature of family owned company, suggests the feasible plans to solve the conflicts by the way of re-distributing the interest to the related members in the company, re-designing the company structure and innovating the management rules and polices. This paper aims at: 1. The family member makes the management conflicts more complex to be solved in the family owned company. 2. To regulate the behaviors of the family member by its best, by the way of innovating the management rules and policies of the family owned company. 3.
