The Function Of Government In Obtaining Employment And The Research Of Countermeasure Under The System Backdrop

As a big country, whose population is approximately one billion, is rich of Chinese labor resources. The labor employment is an important problem in our economic and social life, need solving during the progression of modernized construction.In system background, this article mainly studies the government's function in employment aspect, and gives a tactical analysis how to solve employment problem.
