The corporate values is a cognitive concept system of the employee, that about the importance of the goals pursued by the corporation and the ways chosen to achieve the goal. It runs through the processes of production, operations, management, and it is internalized normative beliefs, determines the survival of business and the development trends of the corporation.In corporate values quantitative study, the researchers' background, the starting point, the theme of interest and the methods used are varied, thereby there is a diversified pattern. Due to the interdependence of culture and values, results and Measurement Scale can't be used directly in China's local studies. The localization process of corporate values quantitative study is urgent.In this study, we investigated the workers of Chinese mainland enterprises and some experts and researchers specialize in psychology and management. We established the corporate values pretesting questionnaire for corporate employees, and has carried on the trial survey to 239 enterprises employees. After carrying factor analysis on the pretesting questionnaire and repeatedly revision, we established the formal Corporate Values Questionnaire for corporate employees. After investigating 612 corporate employees with formal questionnaire .The model turns out to be legitimate and fitting by Structural equation model. The CVQ is examined by many indexes. The main results of this study are as follows:(1) Employee corporate values include eight factors : corporate achievement, corporate identity, corporate security, corporate ethics, teamwork, innovative, quality excellence and scientific management.(2) After item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability testing and validity analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis, the Chinese enterprises corporate values questionnaire has good reliability and validity. The questionnaire could be used to evaluate employees' corporate values.(3) The results of analysis showed that five dimensions are significant differences (corporate achievement, corporate security, and innovative spirit, quality excellence and Scientific management); three dimensions are no significant difference (corporate identity, corporate ethics and teamwork).
