The Research On Policy Choices Of Agricultural Industralization Process Of Fujian

With the fast growth of the economy in our country, the question of agriculture, countryside and peasants, represented as "the Three Agriculture" , catch high attention of the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and our State Department. Where and how to develop agriculture becomes focus for the whole Society. It' s time for the agricultural operators to walk out the old working way and open mind to creative new agricultural developing way. This is why for author to research on agricultural industrialization.The paper is directed by the Agriculture and Industrialization theory of Prof Zhang peigang. Through literature search, investigation and positive analysis, we firstly analyze the new meaning of agriculture, the conception of agriculture industrialization and the relation between agriculture industrialization and agriculture modernization. Also we clarify the rise and significance of agriculture industrialization through the social economy developing course, the rise of scaled economy related to agriculture and economy reformation. Then we review the developing course, achievement and defect of agriculture industrialization in Fujian. Based on deeply study in domestic and overseas experience succeeded in agriculture industrialization, The conclusion is that we should make great efforts into agriculture industrialization so as to improve the agricultural competency, to transfer rural surplus labor force and to increase peasants' income. Agriculture industrialization can be put into effect and is the necessary way for economy cycle healthily. Fujian should manage to take advantage of coastal policy and communication and cooperation with Taiwan to promote the progress of agriculture industrialization. It's helpful for balanced development between city and country.At last, the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures for promotion of agriculture industrialization progress of Fujian as follows. To aggrandize construction of agricultural product base so as to consolidate the foundation of agriculture industrialization. To develop the process of agricultural product so as to promote the progress of agriculture industrialization; To fasten standardization construction so as to enhance the competency of agricultural product; To develop cycled economy so as to increase agricultural productivity; To improve marketing so as to increase the value of agricultural product; To take advantage of rural industry so as to promote the progress of agriculture industrialization; To increase the governmental force supporting agriculture so as to push agriculture industrialization.
