The Disquisition Of Advanced Scheme On Training Of A City Telecom Branch

The marketing environment has been changing rapidly since China Telecom came into existence in May, 2002 after it was regrouped. Faced drastic competition, China Telecom recognizes that nowadays competition among corporations focuses on competence of learning, and if it wants to grow continuously, it should change from traditional controlling organization to learning corporation and put more emphasis on the constitution of training system adapted to the strategy of itself.A City Telecom Branch has not set up scientific and institutional training system. Its training system presents some puzzles. For example, its invest on training can not match the output, the training is not carried out designedly and systemically, the analysis of training requirement is not comprehensive, the system on training inspirit and assessment is not perfect, the methods applied to training is simplex, etc.The structure of training is composed of training requirement, training planning, training implement and training assessment, which are four steps of the staff training program. The thesis analyze the deficiency of A City Telecom training system by the study of the four steps. Therefore apply the advanced experience on training to A City Telecom to design a compatible and operable training program. Moreover, the thesis discuss the control of the training cost and the establishment of training managing information system.The thesis aims at exploring the common problems on training arising in the city branches attached to China Telecom by the analysis of A Telecom so that some of the advices for A Telecom can be used for reference.
