With the development of Chinese economy, the management of manysmall and medium-sized enterprise is changed for simple original to thescientific development. More and more enterprises realize that humanresource is the key factor to development, but how to make full use of thehuman resource is adapt for many managers who continue to think during thecompetitive days. Training---as the effective means of the daily managementand become an effective way to improve the competitiveness.Based on the GY Company training and using many analysis to summarythe daily problems and proposed the integration scheme and analyze thechanges. In this paper, working experience and theory from MBA will becombined and hope to reference for the similar enterprises.In this paper, on the basis of the former researches, the resource isstarting from the present situation of GY company, propose a set of theimprovement scheme of GY company training work. The first is to identifytraining needs, after that is the start of the training plan and training work, andactively carry out the training result evaluation, at last put the GY companytraining into the training system. In this period hardware and software of theGY company training are optimized, try to use some more advanced trainingmanagement modes and methods to achieve obvious effect. During GYcompany training improvement, the culture and the human resources are wellversed in a whole.Through the study of GY Company training, we draw the followingconclusions:1, training is a systematic work, the benefit is reflected in thelong-term. So the training work must be closely linked with the enterprisedevelopment strategy.2, training must be recognized and paid attention to alllevels, for it is a long investment.3, from the organization e training needs tothe training action, there are many steps and phases which will influence themerits of a link, and eventually lead to the overall success of the training work. So pay attention to every step, every link do fine and do solid, give fullconsideration to the actual situation of the enterprise and ability, to make thetraining work has become an organic whole.4, the training work should belinked with the enterprise culture and made a system. In the training work,adjustment according to the actual situation changes is necessary.5,thetraining and performance must be closely together to create a learningatmosphere so as to promote training into productivity.6, Formation thetraining system and improve the system continuously is the key. Thedevelopment of enterprise is a dynamic process, the training system shouldalso be along with the change and development.
