In this research the author has studied the mode of the techno-evolution based on the standpoints of philosophy, also discussed the concepts and basic characters of the mode of techno-evolution, and pointed out that the study of the mode of techno-evolution is the golden rule of the for the technovation of our country and the companies. Based on the analyse of how honeybees build their honeycomb, the author discussed the new mode of the techno-evolution-the honeycomb mode of the techno-evolution. Author also expatiated on that the honeycomb mode is very important for the technovation of the company. The company can improve their ability and energy of the technovation and maximize their profit. It will also expedite the economic developing of our country. The research of the honeycomb mode can cover some deficiencies of existing studies, and redound to the technovation of the study. Author also hopes this research is useful for the theories and practices of our country' s technological innovation.
