This thesis brings forward the aim, meaning and the rules should be followed in the process of evaluating the ecotourism resource and discusses the method of evaluating the ecotourism resource. Make the decision to adopt factor analysis and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to evaluate the ecotourism resource and explain the steps of the two methods.This thesis makes a quantificational evaluation of the ecotourism resource of Heilongjiang province in national and regional hierarchy. The first step is choosing 8 factors which conclude the totality of resource, the area of nature reserve, the totality of national nature reserve, the area of forest, forest coverage, the area of natural wetland, the exhausting quantity of SO₂, and the exhausting quantity of particle for factor analysis. Abstract 3 factors from the 8 factors as main factor and explain the 3 factors as the first abstractive factor, the second abstractive factor and the environmental factor. Get the scores and the place in a competition of the 31 area according to the scores of the 3 main factors. The ecotourism resource of Heilongjiang province is well as a whole and the state of main abstractive factor is great and the state of environmental factor should be improved.AHP is adopted to evaluate the ecotourism resource of Heilongjiang province in regional hierarchy. In the first, the ecotourism resource is divided into visible resource and environmental resource and the choose 9 factors which conclude abundance, kinds, variety of season, biological diversity, rarity, forest coverage, air quality, water quality and noise and basic factors. In the second, construct the evaluating model. In the third, ascertain the weight of the 9 factors by specialist consultation and the standard of scores. In the end, get the conclusion that the score of Heilongjiang is 75 and the grade is fine.According to the rules of protective, systemic, tropism, thematic and feature, four tourism products conclude forest shower, snow and ice, float and watching birds are adopted for Heilongjiang province.
