Smes Comprehensive Innovation Management Capabilities

Improving the innovation capacity is very important for the development of SMEs. From the aspect of China practical situation, Chinese SMEs are faced with serious challenges in terms of innovation with the background of economy globalization, and many theories and practical problems concerning SMEs innovation management and competence building are urgently to be researched deeply and systemically by theory and demonstration study.This research takes question as the direction, and comprehensively uses different theories and methods, such as The Innovation Theory of the Firm and The Competence Theory of the Firm and so on, and then we carry on the research about the following two aspects: (1) key dimension and its sub-dimension of SMEs total . innovation management competence; (2) its effect mechanism for SMEs innovation performance; The full text is divided into three major parts altogether: research background and theory, empirical study, conclusion and prospect.As for the part of Research background and theory, this text has explained at first that the necessity of SMEs total innovation management, And then, based on the research of a lot of international and domestic experts and scholars, directing against the weak point among them and the existing problems that total innovation management in SMEs facing in our country, we put forward the corresponding research model and proposition.As for the empirical research part, by questionnaire investigation among over 200 SMEs and quantitative analysis of the results, the author concludes totally 13 factors that influence the innovation in terms of Strategy Innovation Management Competence, Technology Innovation Management Competence, Market Innovation Management Competence, Organization Innovation Management Competence, Culture Innovation Management Competence and System Innovation Management Competence. And then further validation of the relationship between those factors and the performance of innovation, in order to find out the key influencing factors and the model, which constructs the relationship between the influencing factors and innovation performance.In the conclusion, we draw the research conclusion of this text and analyze theory contribution systematically, and then put forward the corresponding recommendations. Finally, we analyze the shortcoming and the prospect for research in the iuture.
