The Analysis On Affection Factors Of The Core's Formation Of Technology Based Enterprise

This paper is a part of project sponsored by Soft Science Fund: The Research of entrepreneurship environment system and design, and the Research of the environment and disciplinarian of entrepreneurship in Jilin, mainly studied the form process of the core of technology based enterprise.and the affection factors of this process.Enterprise core is the original state of enterprise, just as the relation of groundwork and house, has great affection on the enterprise develop speed and mode in future.The forming of enterprise core is the entrepreneur who in the big environment, use his personality discover the business opportunity, combine entrepreneurial resources, construct the resource platform.In this process, enterprise core is affected by entrepreneur and outside entrepreneurial environment. Research the form process of enterprise core,find out the key affection factors of this process,has the real meaning to compete advantage. The major research content is as following:Chapter 1 is an introduction. This chapter explains the background, application and current domestic and international research on this topic. It also explains the study content and methods used.Chapter 2 is the conception and correlative theory of technology based enterprise's core. Frist analysis the disciplinarian of entrepreneurship and the life cycle of entreprise.Then bring out the conception of enterprise core, use this conception to explain the startup of technology based enterprise. Chapter 3 is the needed factors and formation of technology based enterprise's core. Confirm the mainly factors of enterprise core: entrepreneur, business opportunity, entrepreneurial resources.From the process view analysis how the entrepreneur discover the business opportunity and combine entrepreneurial resources.Chapter 4 is the analysis on affection factors of the core's formation. Construct the affection system. analysis the inside and outside affect factors,at last through the data, confrim the key factors of the forming of enterprise core.Chapter 5 is identify the key affaction factors to core's formation. On the basis of analysis of front chapters, use the data which acquire from experts'interview,through the analytic hierarchy process, research the quotiety and coherence, and analysis the results.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and perspect.From the study, we have found there are surely some staggered characters in the formation process of the technology based enterprise. The enterprise core as the beginning of enterprise,has great affection to enterprise development in future.The forming of enterprise's core is: In the big entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneur discovering and developing the latent business opportunity, confirming and acquiring the needed resources by his personality, then constructing the firm's resources platform. When entrepreneur discovering the opportunity, his social network and alertness are the most important factors, the market,technology and policy environment are more important than other factors. In the phases of resources combining, the entrepreneur through his apperception to environment, use his social network acquiring the resources, the technology, fiance and human environment can provide basic resource directly, are the key factors to resources combine.
