Study On The Development Strategy Of Lanzhou Xiniu Chemical Machinery Co.,Ltd

Acting as share owned company reconstructed from state owned enterprise—Lanzhou Xiniu Chemical Machinery Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter as to XNHJ), it hasundergone rapid development for six years. Now the policies of country ,the environment of industry and the external environment have changed greatly, at the same time the internal operation of XNHJ is showing many problems. How to reform continuously for conforming with environmental change, to make the enterprise develop quickly, to keep sustainable competitive force of enterprise?With the background of market economy, industrial characteristics and companysituation , the thesis has introduced the relative theory and technique of strategy management. Guided by the theory of strategy analysis, the thesis has analyzed both the external and internal environment of XNHJ profoundly and systematically, clarified the main advantages, disadvantages of XNHJ and the opportunities, challenges that XNHJ is facing, and thus established the foundation for formulating the development strategy of XNHJ.Based on strategy analysis, the thesis has put forward the development strategy of XNHJ and described it. For supporting the execution of development strategy, the thesis has given the main measures from the view of equipment improving strategy, human resources strategy, business development strategy, technical progress strategy and company culture strategy etc.
