The state-owned enterprise is like a pillar for our national economy development, the economic performance and positive development of the state-owned business enterprise is important to our socialism market economy development. Since a long time ago, the problem of the state-owned enterprise is always a central point in the economic field and managing education field about our country. The reform purpose of the state-owned enterprise is to establish the modern enterprise system. It is the foundation of the modern enterprise system that the separation of the ownership from the power of management, and the agency problem arises in the separation of the two kinds of powers; the executive motivation problem also appears form the agency problem. This thesis breaks through the narrow meaning of the motivation concept, and lay emphasis on the research of the mechanism of the positive aspect. Firstly I introduce some related concepts in the preface part with the definition of the research range. At the second and third parts, I introduce the development of The salary system in China. The main point discussed is the Year salary system and the Executive stock option system. Because the traditional salary system in our country can't satisfy the need of the development for the current enterprise, and can't stir up the enthusiasm of the executive, so the Year salary system and the stock option system become the key points in the reform of the salary system. But there are some realistic problem, for example the law institution isn't perfect, market development isn't sound and the people's thought can be restricted, and so on. So those problems may block the salary system reform, here I discuss primarily their advantages, present problems, combining with introducing the perfect solution of these problems. After that, in fourth chapter, I introduce the condition of executive spirit incentive system in our country.The spirit pursue is a part of the executive demanding. It comes out after normal and basic needs are satisfied, it is a high-grade need. It is beneficial complement of The salary system. Here we firstly discuss the function and modes of the spirit incentive system. And then, we introduce present problems and conceivable countermeasure. In the last part of the text, I show my attitude about the weak effect of the Incentive system, and give the countermeasures. I think the weak effect of the current incentive system is relating to the imperfection of the Career manager culture. Firstly, I introduce the concept of the Career manager culture, At the second part, I analyze the performance of imperfection of the Career manager culture. One is the deviation of the executive role fixed position, the other is the shortage of professional ethics of the executive . After that, I introduce the influence that the imperfection of t the Career manager culture to the executive motivation. In the third part, I give some suggestions. Firstly, we should understand the executive status, then we should build on social morals in positive level, and at last we should enhance the character development of the executive.
