Research On Profit Distribution Of Memberships In Supply Chain

Since the 1990s the supply chain theory has been improved through the successful application of the supply chain in large-scale transnational enterprises. The key of the successful management for supply chain depends on the effective coordination of benefit among member enterprises in the supply chain during the course of global optimization of the supply chain, that is, the needs of the supply chain's achievements and the local interests of the member enterprises should both be satisfied. The scientific and reasonable assignment mechanism is beneficial not only for maintaining the strategic alliance relations among the supply chain enterprises, but also for effective disposition and efficient use of the resources so as to provide the users with high-quality service.This thesis, through the expansion and extension of the supply chain's connotation, interprets in detail the formation mechanism, the safeguard mechanism and the assignment principle in terms of the cooperative benefit of the supply chain. On the basis of the assignment methods of the supply benefits, and considering both the cooperation and competition of the member enterprises in the supply chain, this study analyses the causes and conditions of the member enterprises' gaining the cooperative benefit of the chain supply as well as the scientific and justified assigning methods of the benefit concerned. Furthermore, though scientific and systematic analyses of the logistics, the fund flow, the information flow, the business flow as well as the service flow of supply chain management, this study proposes effective measures to decrease the cooperative cost of the supply chain and to increase the cooperative interests according to the characteristics of the flow among member enterprises. In addition, this thesis, through assessment of the performance and achievements of the member enterprises in the supply chain, discusses the secondary assigning methods of the supply chain benefit. Finally, this study discusses the framework of the interests assignment among the members in the supply chain, taking the following several aspects into consideration the encouragement mechanism, the risk sharing, penalty measures as well as the dynamic balance and so on, which to some extent plays a guiding role in the establishment of the stable and cooperative relationship with lower-risk among the member enterprises in the supply chain so as to enhance their competitive ability.
