The Optimum Policy For China's Textile Enterprises Improving International Trade Competition In The Era Of Post-quota

Since the global textile industry entered the era of post-quota on January 1 , 2005 , international market has further opened to the outside world, which has provided a vaster space for the export of textile and clothing products.As the biggest textile and clothing producer and exporter in the world, while China is enjoying the opportunities which quota cancellation has brought about, China's textile enterprises will continue being restrained from various abroad trade barriers.Therefore, in the era of post-quota, how Chinese textile enterprises seize the opportunities ,meet the challenges , bring comparative advantage into play and strengthen competitive advantage,which have already become a problem that China's textile enterprises have to solve.Be aimed at the problem how China's textile enterprises strengthen the international trade competition after the quota is cancelled , the paper first analyzes the change of the textile industry's international trade relations in the era of post-quota, especially analyzes the superior and inferior effects on international trade competition for China's textile industry. On the basis of international trade theory, the paper further carries out data analysis and comparative analysis on the current international trade competition for China's textile industry, from it, reaches the conclusion that the comparative advantage is abating and the competitive advantage is insufficient for China's textile enterprises. On the basis of above all, the paper summarizes thirteen policies for China's textile enterprises improving international trade competition, then wields the method of AHP ,by setting up the optimum policy model, designing investigation questionaire, adopting 9 scale and asking the experts to score for the affecting factors in model by comparing significance with others, thereby gets some comparation matrixs, and then gets through consistency check and so on a series of calculation steps , finally analyzes and acquires the optimum policy being able to guide China's different textile enterprises indeed. Facing up to gigantic opportunities and challenges, so long as conforming to current international trend and being guided by the optimum policy scheme that the paper gets, China' different textile enterprises whose competitive edge surely will strengthen unceasingly , thereby, be able to adjust to the new international environment, and creat splendid continuously under the new environment.
