A Study On Development Strategy Of Tea Industry In Qianbei Area

In recent years, with the development of society ,more and more people are realizing that tea is an important healthy products, and the consumption of tea is growing year by year. Many experts realize tea industry is potential and invaluable industry. Tea is a kind of important crops as well as farm produce ,so it can be studied as a relatively independent industry.Qianbei has perfect environment and resources to plant tea, and the tea industry in Qianbei plays an important role in Guizhou province . However, some problems emerged in the development of tea industry ,such as relatively low technology, small-scaled production, insufficient and slow information .The thesis collect mass data and examples about Qianbei tea industry ,and analyze the strategy and measures that should be taken to improve the tea production of Qianbei, Guizhou province. Through using SWOT strategic analysis to analyze the opportunities and challenges that tea Industry faced, make up with some policies to solve the problems and promote tea industry. Finally, the thesis analyzes the industrial cluster of tea.
